Caux Scholars Program Now Accepting Applications

The Caux Scholars Program (CSP) teaches students to identify and analyze conflicts, to understand the factors that create and sustain conflicts, and to provide practical methods to diffuse conflicts through global disciplines in conflict prevention, negotiation, development studies, international relations, legislation and policy, and transitional justice.

Each year, 20 students from around the world are selected for this four-week course held in Caux, Switzerland during the Initiatives of Change summer conferences. This The program includes approximately 40 hours of academic classes, seven hours per week of “Service for Leadership” practical work, a field trip to Geneva and full participation in the Caux conferences.

While CSP is not affiliated with a university and does not offer credit, it is often possible for participants to secure credit through their own institution, in consultation with professor(s) and pursuant to their requirements. The program is willing to assist with the university credit process if notified within a timely manner.

The CSP is now accepting applications for the 2019 session in Caux, Switzerland. The 30-day program takes place from June 23 - July 21, 2019.

Deadline to Apply: March 3, 2019.
